Our first mini-wiki is the Mario Wiki. Not to be confused with the "Super" Mario Wiki, the Mario Wiki has articles covering things from the perspective of the main Mario franchise; for instance, an article's History section would have sub-sections of titles only within the main Mario franchise, and spin-off franchises (including Yoshi, Wario, and Donkey Kong) as well as standalone games (e.g. Super Princess Peach) are all listed under a "Related appearances" section instead. In cases where a subject debuts in one of the spinoff franchises before making an appearance in the main Mario franchise, they may have to share a History section. As is expected, the mini-wiki covers anything remotely related to the overall Mario franchise (including all spinoff franchises and series), but it mainly focuses on subjects that appear not only in the Mario franchise but also its spinoff franchises.

It has been decided that the Nintendo Wiki will no longer support this feature. This page is kept and protected strictly for historical purposes.

Like our affiliate wiki Mariopedia, the Nintendo Wiki also makes use of mini-wikis, each having articles on their own namespace.

Our first mini-wiki is the Mario Wiki. Not to be confused with the "Super" Mario Wiki, the Mario Wiki has articles covering things from the perspective of the main Super Mario franchise; for instance, an article's History section would have sub-sections of titles only within the main Super Mario franchise, and spin-off franchises (including Yoshi, Wario, and Donkey Kong) as well as standalone games (e.g.

Our second and third mini-wikis are the Wii Wiki and the Nintendo DS Wiki They were set up around the same time, on October 25, 2022, and serve as spiritual successors to the Wii Wiki and the Nintendo DS Wiki on Fandom, respectively.

Our fourth mini-wiki, Game Boy Wiki, was set up a few days later, on October 28, 2022. It has coverage on the Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and Game Boy Advance as well as their respective games, accessories, and related media.

Our fifth mini-wiki, Animal Crossing Wiki, was set up on November 3, 2022. It covers various subjects from the perspective of the Animal Crossing franchise; some examples include amiibo, some Nintendo Entertainment System games featured as furniture items, and crossover appearances with the Mario franchise (e.g. Mario Kart 8) and the Super Smash Bros. series.
