My Very First Nintendo Game Boy was a short-lived series of Nintendo-themed board books spanning two installments titled My Very First Nintendo Game Boy: Donkey Kong Country and My Very First Nintendo Game Boy: Super Mario's Adventures. There were both published by Sunflower Publishing, written by Joanne Barkan, and both the water game and illustrations were done by Dave Philips.

The books are shaped like a Game Boy, featuring a "screen" hosting a moving parts water game and two rubber buttons used to play the water game. Inside were a series of simple puzzle such as maze games and spot the differences. Both books also had a challenge for the reader to find a number of hidden items scattered through the pages.
