Peach Toadstool, formally known as Princess Peach, is the tritagonist of Super Mario franchise. She aditionnaly starred in two games in a leading role, Super Princess Peach in 2005 and the upcoming Princess Peach: Showtime! in 2024. She is depicted as the damsel in distress and is often kidnapped by the series' main antagonist, Bowser, prompting Mario and his friends to go on a quest to rescue her. Princess Peach is the ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom and is known for her kind and gentle personality. She is often portrayed as a graceful and elegant princess, with a love for pink dresses and crowns. Despite her status as a damsel in distress, she is also shown to be a capable and resourceful leader, sometimes assisting Mario in his quests.
