In ''Mario Party 10'', Mega Monty Mole is the mid-boss of [[Airship Central]] in the minigame, [[Mega Monty Mole's Maze Mischief]]. During the minigame, Mega Monty Mole arrives on a Monty Mole themed Hot-Air Balloon and the players on their Airship emerge for battle. Players need to make it through a maze on the Airship in order to reach the cannons to fire at Mega Monty Mole, whoever reaches the cannons first gets the better cannon which deals more damage to Mega Monty Mole for more points. After each attack, Mega Monty Mole will pull out a [[Bomb (Mario franchise)|Bomb]] rearranging the maze giving players a different maze to work with. When Mega Monty Mole is depleted to half his health, every time he rearranges the maze, bombs are also added in certain ends forcing players to avoid them. If a bomb explodes on a player, they lose a point. After his defeat, Mega Monty Mole collapses and then proceeds to explode, releasing several [[Mini Star]]s.
