The cover to a reprint collection by Random House which came with an audio cassette. This artwork is based on the cover art for Super Mario Bros. No. 3.

The Nintendo Comics System series, published by Valiant Comics, made comic books of many Nintendo characters from different series, including Mario, The Legend of Zelda and Captain N. They featured special little pages like "Ask Princess Toadstool" and fake advertisements, like one for Koopa-Kola.
