Splatoon 3 is a third-person shooter video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. Like its predecessors in the Splatoon series, the game consists of online multiplayer (PvP and PvE) alongside a story-driven single-player mode.

The game was released on 9 September 2022 and received generally favorable reviews from critics. As of 30 September 2022, Splatoon 3 has sold 7.90 million copies worldwide, making it the fastest selling game in the franchise and one of the best-selling Switch games.
